Members’ Evenings
Monthly drinks evenings in London, New York, Miami, Geneva and Zurich. Each event plays host to 25-40 guests from funds and family offices, with just a handful or service providing partners in support.
These events offer excellent opportunity for creating brand awareness and personal relationships. Members drinks are about forming long-term bonds and friendships and they also represent our most affordable marketing option.

Private Dining
Our private dining events are our most focused, refined and exclusive occasions. Typically they see 10-20 guests invited to join us around a private dining table at a leading venue in one of our main global cities. Guests are invited based on the theme of the day, often defined specifically by one sole sponsor.
These events are best for making the most high-level and focused connections. Their goal is to accelerate relationships and understanding with the most valuable of clients.

Emerging Manager Conferences
Full day events for emerging managers, investors and partners where we explore the challenges of starting, seeding, scaling and sustaining alternative funds.
Typically for 80 guests only, these are an excellent opportunity to access new and emerging managers as they select their partners & navigate towards success.

AYU Ski
Our annual ski trip has been running since 2018 and grows each year! Typically for 30-50 guests, this event is the most long-form way to create deep and lasting relationships with AYU members. Alongside daily skiing, a program of dining and networking events is set throughout the trip.
AYU Ski 2026 takes place in Gstaad, Switzerland March 5-8th, following the Swiss Family Office Summit March 3rd and 4th.

AYU Brunch
Our brunch-format gatherings run from 9am - 12pm and combine open networking with panel discussions and open-forum debates.
Typically attended by 30-40 guests interested in the specified area (sub-in brunch affix of your choice; Hedge, FO, PE, VC, RE, Crypto) these events are best for demonstrating category expertise and thought leadership. They take place on a regular basis in each of our major global hubs.

Family Office Summits
Family Office Summits are quarterly events taking place in the UK, US and Switzerland. They gather 100+ family offices together to network and explore the key issues the sector faces, in combination with curated 1-2-1 meetings with highly-select investment opportunities, presented by alt funds and direct deals.
These events represent our highest possible concentration of family office connection, alongside best-of-breed investment opportunities.

Digital Asset Fund Forums
Full day events for digital asset fund managers, investors and partners where we explore the challenges and opportunities facing the growing universe of digital asset investing.
Typically for 80 guests only, these events aim to connect those already building in the digital asset space with each other, but also those in tradfi who are interested to learn more.

Experience Days and Trips
Unique days built around world-class experiences such as heli-skiing, chefs’ tables, shooting, racing or sporting hospitality, for example. Often created in partnership with luxury brands, these occasions are true red-letter adventures for those looking to engage and wow their clientele.
Each event is fully unique and built specifically for the client, often with money-can’t-buy access to incredible experiences.

AYU Women in Funds and Family Offices
AYU launched the Women in Funds and Family Offices initiative in 2023, with the aim of bringing together women in decision-making roles across funds and family offices.
As part of this initiative, we can host private brunches, lunches, dinners, or drinks events - tailored to your objectives. These events can bring together women working across all alternative investment strategies, or be focused on specific areas such as hedge, VC, PE, or RE funds.
These gatherings provide an excellent platform to raise brand awareness and build personal relationships, while supporting an initiative that supports the empowerment of women within the alternatives community.
