B2B Partnerships Director

We're looking for a dynamic, hard working, diligent, kind and fun-loving person to join our growing team to help us build our global network of B2B brand partnerships in the alternative investment world.

This role will focus on connecting with B2B financial brands wishing to work with hedge funds, family offices and institutional investors, developing solutions to the problems they face, using the AYU network as their tool. Likewise, this role is about developing partnerships and helping us solve our own problems by partnering with other organisations in the space.

We take a people first, product second mindset and we are very relationship driven. As such, the ideal candidate for this role would be highly gregarious and enjoy in-person social network development, alongside the more standard sales and sales admin skills.

An ideal candidate would have:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ year’s partnership and/or sales experience in the alternative investment industry, ideally working within the hedge fund discipline.

  • A solid understanding of B2B marketing strategy.

  • Knowledge of the hedge fund/alternative investment media and event landscape.

  • Significant understanding of hedge funds, family offices and institutional investors.


Compensation - Competitive market rates, commission, plus bonus, plus equity options scheme.

Events Manager

We're looking for a dynamic, hard working, diligent, kind and fun-loving person to join our growing team to help us host our global events.

We have an event every week somewhere in the world. We need an energetic and positive events manager to take charge of our event production!

This contract-to-permanent role is for an immediate start and we’re looking for someone with experience in event management, who can work independently and take ownership of a project.

An ideal candidate would have:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ year’s event management experience.

  • A solid understanding event management and delivery.

  • A responsible and self-starting mindset, willing to work autonomously.

  • The ability to work remotely and travel when necessary, often working irregular hours.
