AYU Ski FAQs
Is attendance required at all organised meals and events?
No, attendance is entirely flexible and you are welcome to join whichever events suit you. That said, we recommend making the most of your ticket by attending as many of the curated lunches, après gatherings, and dinners as possible, as these moments are where the strongest connections and conversations tend to happen.
Can I attend for only one or two days instead of the full weekend?
Yes, you are very welcome to attend for one or two days rather than the full weekend. You can dip into whichever events suit your schedule, although we recommend making the most of your ticket by joining as much of the programme as possible.
Is there a limit on the number of service providers attending?
Yes. Attendance by service providers is intentionally limited to a small number of select service providers to ensure a balanced and high-quality experience for funds and family offices.
How many attendees are expected at AYU Ski 2026?
We expect around 40 attendees in total, creating an intimate setting that encourages meaningful conversation and connection.
Will there be structured networking, or is it mostly informal?
The weekend is centred around informal networking, with plenty of opportunities to connect naturally through shared meals, après drinks, and time on and off the slopes.
What should I pack or wear for on- and off-piste events?
For skiing, we recommend packing appropriate ski clothing including a waterproof ski jacket and trousers, thermal base layers, mid-layers, ski socks, gloves or mittens, a helmet, goggles, and any personal ski equipment you prefer to use. Ski hire is available locally if needed.
For off-piste and evening events, warm clothing is ideal. Think winter boots, knitwear, a warm coat, and comfortable layers suitable for mountain restaurants and après-ski gatherings. Smart-casual outfits are perfect for dinners in town.
We also suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm, and a small backpack for daytime use, as well as swimwear if you plan to enjoy hotel spa or wellness facilities.
Will dietary requirements be accommodated at meals?
Yes, of course. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them throughout the event.
Is travel insurance required?
While travel insurance is not required, we strongly recommend that all attendees ensure they have appropriate travel insurance in place for the duration of the trip.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
We kindly ask that you note AYU Ski 2026 tickets are non-refundable. We recommend considering this when booking to ensure your availability and commitment to the event.
Will photos or media be taken during the event?
Yes, photos and videos will be taken during AYU Ski 2026 to capture the atmosphere and highlights of the event. If you would prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know in advance.
Are attendees expected to cover their own meals outside the organised programme?
The ticket for AYU Ski 2026 includes lunch, après drinks, and dinner as part of the organised programme. Attendees will be responsible for covering any other meals, such as breakfast or additional refreshments outside the scheduled events.
