The Strong and Shredded Program is designed for you to take back control so that you’re feeling and looking strong, so that your health, productivity at work and relationships are the very best they can be.

There are 3 components to this program, an 8 week online coaching program that will transform your body and confidence!

TrainStrong. Resistance training using weights/learning calisthenics skills will build the muscle mass you need to speed up your metabolism, whilst improving a whole host of other health and performance markers. You’ll feel better than you ever have about yourself and control your body in ways you couldn't before.

Effortless Eating. Good nutrition requires learning skills and habits to perform consistently. They involve making healthy choices, controlling your environment and performing eating behaviours consistently. These habits can take a long time to learn. But once you’ve got them, you’ll have them for life. Forget a restrictive diet. Let’s MAKE SURE we can LOSE IT and KEEP IT OFF for GOOD.

Confidence Mastery. Mindset is key. Shifting your focus to taking responsibility for your actions, setting up accountability for yourself, and committing to a process no matter what. Do this and you’ll stay on purpose no matter what. This makes achieving your goals inevitable.
